TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1	For billing purpose, Time and Km.will begin and end at our garage.
2.	Bookings for more than 2 hrs.or 25 kms.will be considered as Half day and more than 4 hrs.or 40 kms. will be considered as Full day.
3.	INSTATION : A booking will be considered as terminated at 24.00 hrs.and there after shall be treated as next booking.
4.	OUTSTATION : The number of days will be the calender days and average run per day is 300 kms.
5.	All other charges like other State Permit, Toll Taxes, Airport Entry, Parking Fee, etc.will be charged as actuals incurred.
6.	If the booking is cancelled after the vehicle has left the garage Rs.100/- for Non-A/c, Rs.150/- for A/c cars and Rs. 500/- for Luxury cars shall be charged.
7.	Extra hour and km. is applicable only after 8 hrs. / 80 kms. slab.
8.	Service tax extra as per applicable.
