billing purpose, Time and Km.will begin and end
at our garage. |

Bookings
for more than 2 hrs.or 25 kms.will be considered
as Half day and more than 4 hrs.or 40 kms. will
be considered as Full day. |

INSTATION
: A booking will be considered as terminated
at 24.00 hrs.and there after shall be treated
as next booking. |

OUTSTATION
: The number of days will be the calender
days and average run per day is 300 kms. |
| 5. |
All
other charges like other State Permit, Toll Taxes,
Airport Entry, Parking Fee, etc.will be charged
as actuals incurred. |

If
the booking is cancelled after the vehicle has
left the garage Rs.100/- for Non-A/c, Rs.150/-
for A/c cars and Rs. 500/- for Luxury cars shall
be charged. |

Extra
hour and km. is applicable only after 8 hrs. /
80 kms. slab. |
